Crystal Palace vs. Manchester City - Football Match Report

Manchester City know if they win their last six games then they will win a second successive Premier League title.

Liverpool took care of business last week early against Porto, and with a 2-0 lead, it may allow manager Jurgen Klopp to focus more of his attention on one of the biggest games of the season against Chelsea.

A visit to Selhurst Park would therefore be a tricky fixture for City at the best of times, but the timing, between the two legs of a Champions League quarter-final against Tottenham, adds an extra layer of difficulty.

If Palace manage to achieve an upset victory yet again, they would have completed a double over City for the first time since the 1972-73 season.

"I know how hard the Champions League is away against Tottenham and we made a good performance".

"Selhurst Park is always hard, not just for the stadium itself but for the quality of the players they have".

Meanwhile for Man City, Kevin De Bruyne and Leroy Sane could inject some freshness back into the squad after sitting out the past couple of games.

5 candidates to replace Dave Joerger as head coach
Walton replaces Dave Joerger, who was sacked on Thursday after he compiled a record of 98-148 with the Kings. Rondo, who is on the sixth team of his career, praised Walton for his ability to relate to players.

Guardiola's upbeat attitude, despite a first defeat in 15 games, suggests a longer-term plan to keep his squad as fresh as possible for a gruelling run-in.

"Especially in the second half it was under control".

Asked how we'll approach a game against a team whose Premier League fate has already been sealed, Mauricio replied: "Always with all the respect".

The title remains in City's hands, trailing Liverpool by two points but with a game in hand.

"With Pep Guardiola, we are witnessing an unbelievable title race, the two teams play the right way, the managers perform the right way". Milivojevic strikes straight through the wall from a free kick just on the edge of the box, and into the back of the net. "There are games when we concede a goal and we are not there but in this case we conceded a goal and nothing happened".

Bernardo Silva and Oleksander Zinchenko both missed the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with minor injuries but both are in contention to face Palace.
