Prince Harry picks Hillary Clinton's ex-adviser as PR chief

'The Household, which will be created with the support of The Queen and The Prince of Wales, will be established in the spring.

It was announced that the Queen has agreed to the creation of a new Household for Harry and Meghan, which will be based out of Buckingham Palace, instead of Kensington Palace.

Mr Jones, who is now Deputy Communications Secretary to the Cambridges as well as the Duke & Duchess of Sussex, starts his new role as a result of The Queen creating a new Royal Household.

Buckingham Palace announced the development in a statement: "The Queen has agreed to the creation of a new Household for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, following their marriage in May a year ago".

It has been reported that Markle is expected to continue with private meetings, though her public calendar does not have any new additions now.

"The Duke of Sussex now has his own private office, which has been supporting The Duchess since Their Royal Highness's engagement in November 2017".

According to United Kingdom reports, this usually occurs about two weeks before the birth of a royal baby. Since Prince William is second in line to the British royal throne and Prince Harry is sixth, the split of their offices was inevitable. This decision will ensure the smooth transition of Harry and Meghan to their new official residence later on.

However, there was no concrete confirmation or statement the official Suits star has started her maternity leave.

The couple's official office is now based at Kensington Palace, where Harry's elder brother Prince William lives with his family.

The move will see the Sussexes and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge formally split their backroom staff and may signal a shift in the direction of their public works.
