The documents allege that some of the defendants actually "created fake athletic profiles for students to make them appear to be successful athletes".

The charges stem from allegations that the accused paid large sums of money across several schools to bribe officials so they would accept their kids into prestigious colleges.

John Vandemoor, a former Stanford University sailing coach, is also scheduled to plead guilty to racketeering conspiracy charges.

Authorities said coaches in such sports as soccer, tennis and volleyball accepted bribes to put students on lists of recruited athletes, regardless of their ability or experience.

Huffman reportedly paid $15,000, prosecutors say, to get one of her daughters unlimited time to take the Saturday. The couple allegedly agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 to have their daughters designated as recruits for the USC crew team, even though they did not participate in crew.

The FBI reportedly recorded phone calls in which Loughlin discussed the scheme with a cooperating witness and Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman.

In addition to her Instagram page, with more than one million followers, Olivia Giannulli, 19, manages a YouTube channel with almost two million subscribers.

College coaches and two Hollywood actresses are among dozens indicted in a sweeping admissions bribery case unsealed in federal court Tuesday.

Packers signing Adrian Amos away from Bears
Za'Darius Smith joins the Packers from the Baltimore Ravens , ESPN reporter and Cover 2 analyst Rob Demovsky confirmed. That price proved too steep for the Bears, who next year will try to give fellow safety Eddie Jackson an extension.

The actresses are charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.

Prosecutors are saying the scheme was orchestrated by William Rick Singer, who is the founder of a for-profit college preparation business based in California and disguised as a charity. It's unclear if her husband, actor William H. Macy, was aware of the alleged scheme; he is only named as "Huffman's husband" in the papers.

"We're not talking about donating a building so a school is more likely to take your son or daughter, we're talking about deception or fraud", Lelling said.

"Some simply never showed up" to play, Lelling said of the students. Macy was pictured Tuesday visiting Huffman in the federal building in Los Angeles where she is being questioned.

Yale University and the University of Southern California (USC) said in separate statements that they were cooperating with investigators.

The test administrators in the centers took bribes to allow Singer's clients to cheat, often by arranging to have a student's wrong answers corrected after completing the exam or having another person take the exam.

"I don't know how much of school I'm gonna attend", Giannulli said in one video clip where she talks about her plans for school.
