The Division 2's private beta is now live

Throughout the course of the private beta, The Division 2's dev team have promised to publish a list of known problems in the game's forums, however, there are two "high priority" issues that the team want players to be aware of before diving into the action.

The two main issues detailed by Ubisoft are crashes caused by extended play sessions and an issue with invites.

Though we usually see Premier League and global footballers promoting the latest video games, Ubisoft have chose to chuck a curveball into the mix, bringing in EFT League 2 stars as ambassadors for the launch of upcoming release, Tom Clancy's The Division 2. The second major issue is receiving a game invite while not in-game, which will make your client crash at launch.

The Division 2 beta starts today and runs through Sunday, February 10, and considering that it is a beta, you can bet there are going to be some technical hitches to work out. Players will experience gameplay at the level cap of 30 and unlock brand new Survivalist, Sharpshooter or Demolitionist specializations. Sorry if you're one of the people who missed out. Only one Dark Zone area will be available in the Beta, there will be three in total in the final game. The beta will also add extra endgame content on February 8th titled the Invaded mission.

The growth rate was also 9 percent in the third quarter and had jumped 12 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017, the company said. The average MAU for the fourth quarter fell 5 million to 321 million, down from 330 million in the year-earlier period.

With The Division 2 beta now live, Ubisoft has offered a few tips to ensure that the playable period goes as smoothly as possible for players and how they can avoid crashes.

Although the main goal of the beta is to find and eliminate bugs, it also gives players a taste of what's to come.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 launches March 15, 2019, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
