Adam Gase to become Jets head coach, per report

Joseph has just one season of experience as a defensive coordinator, but that did come back in 2016 when under Gase when the Dolphins finished 18th in the National Football League in points allowed.

This is not a full-blown retread though (I say that mostly tongue in cheek) - Gase is replacing Todd Bowles, who spent four years with the Jets, the latter three which netted just 14 total wins.

Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington of ESPN first reported the news. He was sacked, as expected, immediately after the 2018 season. The 40-year-old led the Dolphins to a 7-9 record last season and has a 23-25 overall record as head coach with the team.

Chrissy Metz, Alison Brie shut down rumour about insult
According to Metz, Gibson had asked her whether she knew Alison Brie at the end of their interview, to which Metz responded, "Do I?"

Before joining the Dolphins, Gase served as offensive coordinator on John Fox's staffs with the Broncos (2013-14) and Bears (2015).

However, the Jets weren't discouraged by the Dolphins' stagnant offenses under Gase, and now he'll get another chance to prove that earlier hype was warranted. He previously worked with Peyton Manning. They likely are interested in him with the hope he could groom quarterback Sam Darnold the same way he did with Aaron Rodgers.

It seems it is time to start spreading the news that former Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy wants to be a part of New York, New York.
