According to Passport Index, UAE passport holders are now able to gain entry to 167 countries without obtaining a prior visa.

The list ranks passports in real time based on the number of countries passport holders can enter without obtaining a prior visa or through obtaining a visa on arrival.

The Passport Index, a popular online interactive tool, collects, displays and ranks the passports of the world based on visa waiver scores.

It was only last month that the UAE passport had claimed the third spot in the rankings.

According to Passport Index, the countries where Pakistanis don't require a visa are Dominica, Haiti, Micronesia, Qatar, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and Vanuatu.

UAE's achievement coincides with the country's 47th National Day. Authors of the Passport Index divided all passports into 93 groups. Belarus shared the 54th position with Saudi Arabia and Bolivia.
