Ariana Grande: Could she have a secret album out there?

The "God Is A Woman" hitmaker, 25, performed her breakup anthem, "Thank U, Next" for the first time on the November 7 episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Grande's choice of reference (including wearing outfits similar to those worn by the aforementioned actresses in the film) is apt, given that the lyrical content of the new single sees her thanking her exes - namely Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, Pete Davidson, and the late Mac Miller - for teaching her lessons about life and love. "Holding hands with my mama", she sang, through tears.

Inspired by her favorite movie The First Wives Club, the pop superstar was joined by the song's co-writers, Victoria Monét and Tayla Parx.

China again declines to reveal details of financial assistance to Pakistan
Mr Khan is in China for official meetings and is seeking billions of dollars in aid to help stave off a financial crisis. Prosecutors in NY had called her an al Qaeda sympathiser and sought life imprisonment.

At one point, Grande stood up on a chair, bopping to her song in white heeled boots, but when she stepped down, she stumbled and fell, exclaiming, "Oh my god!"

Not only did she wear a bridal-style blazer dress with lace accents and thigh-high white boots, but Grande also had the entire stage set as a wedding reception - complete with white cake, table settings and tons of flowers. However, the singer's rep has now told ET Canada the release had nothing to do with the "One Last Time" hitmaker. "He didn't find out about Ariana's song until later, and that didn't change what he said on 'Weekend Update'".

The lyrics caused the singer to get a bit choked up, recalling her parents' relationship drama, but once again, she managed to make it through, to a strong finish, which featured her busting out some dance moves before exiting up the stairs of the studio. Throughout the rest of the performance, she keeps fighting back giggles. DeGeneres responds: "It's totally fine, we're happy that you came back".
