Chelsea duo leave on season-long loans

It looks like Mourinho has moved on to another potential target as L'Equipe claim Manchester United have joined Everton in holding talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign Kurt Zouma.

Everton finalised the season-long loan of Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma on Friday, a day after the Premier League transfer window closed.

Zouma subsequently missed almost one season of football before he made his return to the pitch.

The 23-year-old will arrive under scrutiny after struggling during a loan spell at Stoke City last season, suffering relegation from the Premier League. With his prospects unlikely to improve much at Chelsea this season, a move away from the Bridge makes sense.

Senator Rand Paul Delivers Letter From Trump To Putin
He says the letter emphasized the importance of working together on counter-terrorism, legislative talks and cultural exchanges. A reported text of the draft bill published on Wednesday sent Russia's rouble to lows against the dollar last seen in April.

But, the Manchester United boss has only been met with disappointment in his bid to sign a centre-back, the latest coming in the form of Diego Godin's reported rejection. Mourinho has signed only three players this summer - Fred, Diogo Dalot and Lee Grant - and if this deal goes through, it appears he finally has reason to smile.

The respected French publication says Everton want Zouma on loan while United are looking at a permanent transfer but Chelsea are reluctant to do business with the Red Devils as they don't want to strengthen a rival.

"Frenchman Zouma moves from Chelsea and joins Brazil midfielder Bernard, Barcelona trio Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes and Lucas Digne, Richarlison and Joao Virginia in arriving at Goodison in the summer transfer window".
