Putin's Soccer Ball For Trump May Carry a Transmitter Chip

President Trump is "open" to visiting Moscow if he receives a formal invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin, the White House said Friday.

Vladimir Putin says Russian Federation is ready to invite Trump to Moscow. He told them: "I am going to give a major speech on probably Monday of next week and we're going to be discussing all of the things that have taken place with the Clintons".

By saying that he's willing to go to Washington if conditions are "appropriate", Putin underlines that stance and effectively puts pressure on Trump to try to stamp out opposition.

Putin praised Trump for what he called "his eagerness to meet all his promises he made to voters during his election campaign".

The summit between the U.S. and Russian leaders in the Finnish capital this month unleashed political turmoil in Washington, with some critics accusing the United States president of betraying America's interests.

Amid talks of a summit sequel, US Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis said on Friday he is "considering" talks with his Russian counterpart.

Michael Cohen says Trump knew about the New York City meeting before it happened, multiple sources have told ABC News.

New Zealand claims Australia copied its flag
In February, Australia disclosed it had cancelled almost 1,300 visas, more than half of which were held by New Zealanders. Both feature the union jack, a blue background and a representation of the Southern Cross star constellation.

The White House has taken steps in recent days to tamp down on the concerns over the United States' Russia policy sparked by the Helsinki summit, where Trump appeared to side with Putin and cast doubt on the US intelligence community's conclusion that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election.

"[Trump] has an invitation to Moscow".

Putin stressed that his talks with Trump are "important" as they are relevant to "very many countries of the world, including the entire Europe".

A Putin visit to Washington between now and January "could have a lot of poor optics", he said, and "it's really hard to see the upside" of a Trump trip to Moscow. Russian Federation and the United States have a stake in that, the whole word has a stake in that, in not starting an arms race.

"Russia isn't abandoning the dollar", Putin said in answer to a question about the sharp decline in its holdings of US Treasuries in April and May.

After the meeting last week in Helsinki, the Trump administration invited Putin to Washington.

On Wednesday, National Security Adviser John Bolton said that the president instead "believes that the next bilateral meeting with President Putin should take place after the Russia witch hunt is over", referring to United States special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and whether there was collusion among the Trump campaign team.
