Alisson, on his future

Alisson says he wants his future decided before Brazil's first game of the World Cup, on Sunday against Switzerland.

Liverpool had been hoping that they could swoop in before the start of the tournament in Russian Federation and confirm the arrival of a new goalkeeper, a position which is in dire need of improvement after Loris Karius' performance in the Champions League final.

Il Tempo says Ze Maria Neis is in negotiations with Liverpool, Real Madrid and Chelsea about moving the Brazil global out of Roma.

You'd imagine the clubs want the same, given what an impressive World Cup can do to a player's valuation.

Alisson is hoping to see his future resolved before taking in World Cup duty with Brazil, with the highly rated goalkeeper eager to avoid any distractions in Russian Federation.

This week, the Brazilian star revealed he hoped to have his future plans resolved before the start of the 2018 World Cup.

"Let's see if something happens this week." he said to reporters when questioned in the wake of Brazil's 3-0 victory over Austria.

'There are some possibilities and we are working on all of them, together with Roma, always respecting the club. To be honest, I've left it all in the hands of my agents.

But Alisson's representative has also been in talks with a number of other clubs across the continent, although only Real Madrid and Chelsea have been identified as teams who are also in contact with the 25-year-old.

Despite the transfer speculation, Alisson could yet sign a contract extension with Roma.
